The PTEN Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Clone: GRM265) is a highly specific antibody developed for the detection of PTEN (Phosphatase and Tensin Homolog), a key tumor suppressor that plays critical roles in cellular growth, survival, and metabolism. PTEN is frequently mutated or deleted in various cancers, and its loss is associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis. Clone GRM265 provides robust performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunofluorescence (IF).
GRM265
GRM265 reacts to human Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 3-phosphatase and has dual-specificity to protein phosphatase PTEN. This antibody may also react to mouse PTEN, as predicted by immunogen homology.
