The p38 MAPK antibody (clone GR545) is a high‐affinity monoclonal antibody specifically developed to recognize the p38 mitogen‑activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, with strong reactivity towards the human, mouse, and rat variants. Produced in a murine/rabbit host (specify when confirmed), this clone targets a synthetic peptide region located in the (insert exact amino acid region, e.g. N‑terminal/C‑terminal or specific residues) of MAPK14/p38α, and isotype IgG (specify subclass). GR545 has been rigorously validated for multiple applications including Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunofluorescence (IF), delivering clear detection of the 38‑kDa p38 MAPK band on SDS‑PAGE and sharp staining in fixed tissue and cellular samples.
