The Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Clone GRM451) is a highly specific antibody designed to detect the dual phosphorylation of ERK1 and ERK2 at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204. Phosphorylation at these residues activates ERK1/2, key kinases in the MAPK signaling pathway that regulate essential cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Clone GRM451 is widely used for monitoring ERK pathway activation in cell signaling and cancer research.
GRM451
GRM451 reacts to human p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) only when phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204. There is no cross-reactivity to Erk1/2 that is not phosphorylated. This antibody may also react to mouse or rat Phospho- Erk1/2 (Thr203/Tyr205) as predicted by immunogen homology.
