The Anti-SALL4 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Clone GRM522) is a high-affinity antibody that specifically recognizes SALL4 (Sal-like protein 4), a zinc finger transcription factor crucial in embryonic development and stem cell maintenance. While SALL4 expression is normally restricted to embryonic stem cells and germ cells, it is aberrantly reactivated in various cancers, including germ cell tumors, myeloid leukemias, and hepatocellular carcinoma. This antibody is optimized for immunohistochemical detection in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, as well as for Western blotting and immunofluorescence applications, making it a valuable tool in both research and diagnostic settings.
GRM522
This antibody reacts to human SALL4 (Sal-like protein 4) protein including SALL4A and SALL4B. This antibody may also react to mouse or rat SALL4 as predicted by immunogen homology.
A peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human SALL4.
