TPO (Thyroid Peroxidase) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody

The TPO Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody [Clone GRM368] is designed for the detection of thyroid peroxidase (TPO)—a membrane-bound glycoprotein critical for the biosynthesis of thyroid hormones. TPO is a key thyroid differentiation marker and is highly expressed in thyroid follicular epithelial cells. Clone GRM368 provides excellent sensitivity and specificity for TPO in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. It is an essential tool for the identification of thyroid origin in neoplastic tissues, particularly for distinguishing primary thyroid carcinomas from metastases and other head & neck tumors.
