The Trimethyl-Histone H3 (Lys4) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Clone GRM137) is specifically designed to recognize the trimethylated form of lysine 4 on histone H3 (H3K4me3). This histone modification is a key epigenetic mark associated with transcriptionally active promoters and is widely used as a chromatin signature for gene activation. GRM137 is highly specific, showing no cross-reactivity to unmodified, mono-, or dimethylated K4. It is validated for multiple applications including ChIP, WB, IHC, and IF.
GRM137
GRM137 reacts to Histone H3 trimethylated at Lysine 4 (K4me3). No cross reactivity with monomethylated Lysine 4 (K4me1), dimethylated Lysine 4 (K4me3), or other methylations in histone H3.
A trimethyl-peptide corresponding to Trimethyl-Histone H3 (Lys4).
