The TRK (pan) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody [Clone GRM423] is designed for the detection of pan-TRK proteins, including TRKA (NTRK1), TRKB (NTRK2), and TRKC (NTRK3). These neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinases play key roles in neuronal development and are known to form oncogenic fusions in a variety of adult and pediatric tumors. Clone GRM423 provides sensitive and specific detection of TRK family proteins in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, making it a valuable tool in both research and clinical pathology settings, particularly in identifying tumors with NTRK gene fusions.
