The ZAP70 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody [Clone GRM408] is designed to detect ZAP70, a cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinase that plays a pivotal role in T-cell receptor signaling. ZAP70 is also an important diagnostic and prognostic marker in hematologic malignancies, particularly in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and other T-cell neoplasms. Clone GRM408 delivers high sensitivity and specificity in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and is suitable for use in diagnostic IHC panels to differentiate B- and T-cell lineage involvement or to stratify CLL prognostic subgroups.
