This antibody targets the extracellular domain of CD56/NCAM, expressed in neuroectodermal and some mesodermal tumors, including neuroblastoma, small cell carcinoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. It is also useful in diagnosing NK/T-cell lymphomas.
