The CD74 Monoclonal Antibody [Clone LN-2] is a mouse monoclonal antibody targeting CD74, also known as the invariant chain or Ii chain, which is associated with MHC class II molecules. CD74 is predominantly expressed on B cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and various B-cell-derived lymphomas. This clone is highly effective for use in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, providing strong cytoplasmic and membrane staining. Clone LN-2 is widely used for the identification of B-cell lineage, especially in lymphoproliferative disorders and lymphomas, and is also valuable in research related to immune regulation and antigen processing.
