The CD74 Monoclonal Antibody [Clone CLIP/813] is a mouse monoclonal antibody designed to detect CD74, also known as the invariant chain (Ii), which is associated with MHC class II molecules and expressed predominantly on B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, and some epithelial and tumor cells. CD74 plays a vital role in antigen presentation and immune regulation. Clone CLIP/813 provides robust cytoplasmic staining in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues and is widely used in identifying B-cell lineage, especially in hematolymphoid neoplasms.
