The CD75 Monoclonal Antibody [Clone LN1] is a ready-to-use mouse monoclonal antibody designed for the immunohistochemical detection of CD75, a carbohydrate antigen expressed primarily on the surface of B lymphocytes and involved in cell adhesion and signal transduction. CD75 is associated with mature B cells, particularly germinal center B cells, and is also expressed in some B-cell lymphomas. Clone LN1 is validated for use on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, offering crisp, specific membranous and cytoplasmic staining patterns with minimal background.
Mouse
Nuclei from pokeweed mitogen-stimulated peripheral blood lymphocytes.

IgM, Kappa.
Human, Others-not known
HeLa or Daudi Cells. Germinal center B-cells in a lymph node or tonsil. Use LN1's ability to stain surface of erythrocytes as an internal positive control.
Recognizes a neuraminidase-sensitive sialoprotein (CDw75), present on cell membrane and cytoplasm of germinal center B-cells and derived lymphomas.
