The CD79a Monoclonal Antibody [Clone IGA/515] is a mouse monoclonal antibody that targets CD79a, a key component of the B-cell receptor (BCR) complex. CD79a is expressed from early pre-B cell stages through to plasma cells, making it a highly sensitive and specific marker for the B-cell lineage. This clone provides strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining in B cells and B-cell-derived malignancies, making it highly valuable in routine diagnostics and classification of leukemias and lymphomas, including CD20-negative B-cell neoplasms.
