The CD86 Monoclonal Antibody [Clone BU63] is a high-affinity mouse monoclonal antibody specific for CD86, a type I membrane protein expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells. CD86 is a key co-stimulatory molecule that binds CD28 and CTLA-4 (CD152) on T cells to regulate immune responses. This antibody is an excellent tool for evaluating dendritic cell maturation, immune activation, and the tumor immune microenvironment in both research and diagnostic settings.
