The CDw75 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes CDw75, a carbohydrate epitope associated with α2-6 sialylated lactosamine structures. CDw75 is predominantly expressed on mature B lymphocytes, with restricted expression in other hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic tissues. It plays a role in B-cell maturation and differentiation, making it a useful B-cell marker in both normal and neoplastic tissues. This antibody is particularly useful in the differential diagnosis of B-cell lymphomas, including distinguishing between various subtypes of non-Hodgkin lymphomas.

HeLa or Daudi Cells. Germinal center B-cells in a lymph node or tonsil. Use LN1's ability to stain surface of erythrocytes as an internal positive control.
Recognizes a neuraminidase-sensitive sialoprotein (CDw75), present on cell membrane and cytoplasm of germinal center B-cells and derived lymphomas.
