The CFTR (Clone CFTR/1775R) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody is a high-affinity reagent designed to detect the Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) protein with excellent specificity and sensitivity. CFTR is a key chloride channel protein involved in fluid secretion in epithelial tissues. This clone is validated for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, providing crisp apical membrane staining in CFTR-expressing epithelia, and also performs well in Western blotting. Being a rabbit monoclonal, CFTR/1775R offers superior epitope recognition, making it an excellent choice for detailed studies of CFTR expression in both normal physiology and disease conditions, including cystic fibrosis and epithelial cancers.
