The Pan-Cytokeratin Monoclonal Antibody [Clone PAN-CK] is a high-affinity mouse monoclonal antibody developed for the detection of multiple cytokeratin subtypes across a wide spectrum of epithelial tissues. Recognized as a broad-spectrum epithelial marker, this antibody is commonly used to detect and confirm epithelial origin in both normal tissues and a variety of epithelial-derived malignancies, including poorly differentiated carcinomas. Clone PAN-CK provides strong cytoplasmic staining and is ideal for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections, as well as immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications.

This antibody cocktail recognizes both acidic (Type I/LMW) and basic (Type II/HMW) cytokeratins, including CK1–CK8, CK10, CK13–CK19, with molecular weights ranging from 40–67 kDa.
