The ER beta-1 (Estrogen Receptor β1) Antibody [Clone ERb455] is a highly specific rabbit monoclonal antibody that targets the ERβ1 isoform, a key nuclear hormone receptor involved in modulating estrogen signaling. Unlike ERα, ERβ1 plays a distinct role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, especially in breast, prostate, ovary, and endometrial tissues. Clone ERb455 demonstrates excellent specificity and sensitivity for ERβ1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, making it ideal for both diagnostic and research applications, including cancer subtype classification and endocrine pathway studies.
