The Erythropoietin (EPO) Monoclonal Antibody [Clone EPO/1367] is a mouse-derived antibody specifically developed to detect human erythropoietin, a key glycoprotein hormone that regulates erythropoiesis (red blood cell production). This antibody is suitable for detecting EPO in both normal and neoplastic tissues, including renal tumors and hepatocellular carcinomas, where ectopic EPO expression may occur. Clone EPO/1367 demonstrates excellent sensitivity and specificity for EPO in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, making it ideal for use in research and diagnostic pathology involving anemia evaluation, erythropoiesis regulation, and tumor characterization.
