The HCG-alpha Monoclonal Antibody [Clone SPM552] is a highly specific mouse IgG1 antibody that targets the alpha subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This subunit is common to several glycoprotein hormones, including hCG, LH, FSH, and TSH. Clone SPM552 demonstrates strong cytoplasmic staining and is validated for use on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. It is ideal for detecting pregnancy-associated tissues, gestational trophoblastic tumors, and choriocarcinomas.
