The hCG Holo Monoclonal Antibody [Clone HCGab/52] is a mouse monoclonal antibody specifically designed to detect the intact (holo) form of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a glycoprotein hormone composed of α and β subunits. This antibody demonstrates high sensitivity and specificity in detecting hCG expression in pregnancy-related tissues as well as gestational trophoblastic diseases, including choriocarcinoma and hydatidiform mole. It is validated for IHC on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens and is suitable for use in diagnostic and research laboratories.
