Human IgG Biotin Antibody

Human IgG (Immunoglobulin G) is the predominant antibody isotype in human serum, responsible for the majority of antibody-based immune responses. The biotin conjugation of Human IgG allows it to interact with avidin/streptavidin conjugates for enhanced detection sensitivity in multiple assay formats, including ELISA, IHC, immunofluorescence, and Western blotting. GeneBioSolution’s Human IgG Biotin is manufactured under ISO 13485-certified conditions, ensuring lot-to-lot consistency, high purity, and reproducible results. The biotinylation process is carefully optimized to preserve the structural integrity and antigen-binding activity of the antibody. Applications Immunohistochemistry (IHC) – for detection of antigens in FFPE tissues using biotin-streptavidin amplification ELISA & Immunoassays – as a positive control or in detection systems requiring biotin-labeled antibodies Immunofluorescence (IF) – for enhanced signal in cell and tissue staining Western Blot – as a biotin-labeled control antibody Flow Cytometry – for signal amplification in low-abundance targets Features & Benefits High-Purity IgG – purified from human serum and conjugated with biotin using optimized chemistry Consistent Performance – validated across multiple immunoassay formats Strong Signal Amplification – ideal for applications requiring high sensitivity Multiple Formats – available in ready-to-use (RTU) and concentrated solutions
