The IgM (Immunoglobulin Mu Heavy Chain) Monoclonal Antibody [Clone ICO-30] is a high-affinity mouse monoclonal antibody developed for the specific detection of the mu heavy chain of human IgM. IgM is the first immunoglobulin expressed during B-cell development and serves as a valuable marker for immature and naïve B cells. Clone ICO-30 is suitable for identifying IgM-expressing cells in reactive and neoplastic lymphoid tissues and is ideal for immunophenotyping and diagnostic applications in hematopathology.
