IMP3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor II mRNA-Binding Protein 3) is an oncofetal protein involved in RNA trafficking, stability, and translation regulation, normally expressed during embryogenesis but re-expressed in malignancies. This antibody provides sensitive and specific cytoplasmic staining of IMP3 with minimal background. The EP286 clone is widely used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker in pathology, as IMP3 expression is strongly associated with malignant tumors including renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and lung cancers.
