MUC1 / EMA / CD227 (Epithelial Marker)
Clone: MUC1/845
The MUC1 / EMA / CD227 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone MUC1/845] is a highly specific reagent that detects MUC1, also known as Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA) or CD227, a transmembrane glycoprotein abundantly expressed on the apical surface of epithelial cells and overexpressed in epithelial-derived tumors.
Clone MUC1/845 is optimized for use in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, delivering consistent, high-quality staining in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reliable detection in Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). This antibody is ideal for distinguishing carcinomas from non-epithelial neoplasms such as sarcomas and lymphomas.
