Product Overview

Provided as a ready-to-use (Tris Buffered) diluent containing green dye for diluting primary antibodies and for use as a negative control. The number of titrations needed from concentrated form is decreased since both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are stabilised for long-term storage. This product includes an anti-microbial agent to stop microbial growth, a wetting agent to lower surface tension, and a highly purified carrier protein that minimises the destruction of proteolytic enzymes. Not for antibodies that have been conjugated with peroxidase. Antibodies diluted in this reagent can typically be kept for 24 months at 2–8°C. The diluent is filtered through a 0.2 micron screen.

PROCEDURE

Pour appropriate volume of Primary Antibody Diluent into clean mixing bottle.
Dilute primary antibody directly in Primary Antibody Diluent (Tris, Green).
Use as instructed by antibody manufacturer.
For 24 months, keep the diluted antibody between 2 and 8°C (see to the back page for details on the dropper bottle).

Not to be consumed internally.
Only for use in in vitro diagnostics.
Applications in histology.
If the reagents become hazy, do not use.
Do not use past expiration date.
Use caution when handling reagents.
