TIA-1

GR284/Rabbit/Monoclonal

The TIA-1 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Clone GR284) is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed to detect T-cell Intracellular Antigen-1 (TIA-1), a granule-associated RNA-binding protein expressed in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells. This rabbit monoclonal format offers enhanced signal intensity, reduced background, and better performance in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections compared to traditional mouse monoclonals. TIA-1 is widely used in diagnostic immunohistochemistry to identify cytotoxic immune cell populations and to aid in the classification of lymphomas with a cytotoxic phenotype, including peripheral T-cell lymphoma and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma.
