TIA-1

The TIA-1 monoclonal antibody [Clone 2G9A10F5] is a mouse-derived antibody that specifically recognizes TIA-1, a cytotoxic granule-associated RNA-binding protein expressed predominantly in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells. TIA-1 is a widely accepted marker for cytotoxic immune cell populations and is used extensively in hematopathology to identify cytotoxic T-cell lymphomas, including peripheral T-cell lymphomas and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphomas. This antibody is supplied in a concentrated format and is validated for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues, as well as for immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry.
