The Topoisomerase IIα Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody [Clone ZR94] is designed to detect Topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A), a nuclear enzyme crucial for DNA replication and chromosome segregation. Highly expressed in proliferating cells, especially during the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, TOP2A is widely recognized as a cell proliferation marker and a predictive biomarker for certain chemotherapeutic responses, especially to anthracyclines. Clone ZR94 provides high sensitivity and specificity in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and is ideal for use in research focused on tumor grading, prognosis, and anti-cancer drug targeting.
