The TRAcP Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone ZM174] is designed to specifically detect Tartrate-Resistant Acid Phosphatase (TRAcP), also known as acid phosphatase 5 (ACP5). TRAcP is a lysosomal enzyme prominently expressed in osteoclasts, activated macrophages, and dendritic cells. It serves as a histochemical marker of bone resorption and is also associated with certain hematologic malignancies and histiocytic disorders. Clone ZM174 provides strong, specific nuclear and cytoplasmic staining in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. It is ideal for identifying osteoclasts in bone tissue and characterizing myeloid lineage tumors.
