The TRPS1 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody [Clone GR382] is designed for the sensitive and specific detection of TRPS1, a zinc finger transcriptional repressor protein. TRPS1 is predominantly expressed in breast epithelial cells and has emerged as a highly specific immunohistochemical marker for breast carcinoma, particularly useful in identifying metastatic tumors of unknown primary. Clone ZR382 provides robust nuclear staining in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and is ideal for diagnostic use in surgical pathology, especially in differentiating breast origin from other adenocarcinomas.
