CD3 protein’s cytoplasmic element is pinpointed via immunohistochemical staining to identify CD3. A prevalent T–cell indicator is thought to be anti–CD3, which interacts with an antigen located both on the exterior and inside of T lymphocytes. Identifying both early–stage and fully developed T-cell cancers is a common application for anti–CD3.
