Myogenin (EP162)

Anti-myogenin marks the nuclei of myoblasts found in growing muscle tissue and is present in the nuclei of tumor cells in rhabdomyosarcoma and several cases of leiomyosarcoma. Positive nuclear staining might be seen in Wilms’ tumor.
