CD45RA is an isoform of the CD45 molecule, predominantly expressed on naïve T lymphocytes and certain subsets of B cells and monocytes. It plays a crucial role in regulating immune cell activation and signaling. Clone 111-1C5 is a concentrated monoclonal antibody specifically designed for the detection of CD45RA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. This antibody is commonly used in immunohistochemistry to distinguish between different T-cell subsets and to aid in the classification of hematolymphoid malignancies.
